Crisis Intervention

Chimo offers a crisis support line that operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for holidays. The crisis line is designed to provide a timely response to assist children, youth, and families in urgent and imminent need and aims to stabilize the current crisis situation.   What constitutes a crisis is self-defined by those reaching out for support. At Chimo, we understand that even after the call, more support may be needed. We will help figure out the next steps.

Who is this service for?

Youth or parents/guardians can leave a voicemail on the crisis line, which will be returned by a worker as soon as possible within working hours.
