Make a Referral
IF YOU LIVE IN KAWARTHA LAKES:
If you are a young person or a parent/caregiver living in the City of Kawartha Lakes wanting to access service, please call (705) 324-3300 and press 4 for the Intake Line, or you can complete the referral form.
Someone will be in touch with you within a couple of days. If someone from Chimo does not contact you within a week, please try again by calling as there may have been a technical issue.
IF YOU LIVE IN DURHAM REGION:
If you live in Durham Region, please call 1-888-454-6275.
