FOR WINTERGREEN  (RESPITE SERVICES)

Each county or regional municipality, within the Central East Region of the Ministry of Youth and Family Services, will refer potential clients, having reviewed other respite options in their home communities.  All referrals for respite must be assessed by the Central East Case Co-ordination Team to assess need for service.  The team will also prioritize potential clients. 

Referrals must satisfy respite criteria including a psychiatric assessment that recommends respite services.
